Base on the analyse of the brief, this art gallery is a shop rather than a museum, thus the design not only need to considering the light and display, but also how it will attract people get into the Gallery and encourage purchase of art work . Therefore, the site2 conner site is the best site for this project. The conner location give the gallery potential to create maximun pendestrian penatration though the gallery, and three facades gives the oppputunity to create sculpture like gallery to attract pendestrian and increase the value of art works. In additon, the surrounding of the site2 is also the key figure. Comparing to the other two sites, site2 has the best sourounding condition, and is very appropriate for the program of the gallery. Site2 locates between two well reserve classical bricks building which searve as Church and Post office; behing the site has very nice and low profile residertial building with vertical garden; rear site over look the new development of Newtown Business Center with has modern finish skin with metallic facade.
